Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
In order to cancel or rearrange a booking, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
If you try to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will not receive a refund or be able to transfer your booking to an alternative slot.
If you simply fail to show for an appointment after having received the automated email, you will not be offered a refund.
If you paid the full amount and cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will be refunded but will be required to pay an administration fee (£10 for an Antigen or Antibody booking, or £25 for a PCR booking).
*Please note that it is your responsibility to understand the requirements of the Airline / Country or test-requiring agency you need. Your choice of test, date and time must be confirmed by you for your travel. Rapid Testing Centre cannot give specific advice in this respect and will not be liable if you book the wrong test.
