Cancellation POLICY

If you require a cancellation, a change of test, or a rearranged booking due to a change in government legislation please email [email protected]

It is your responsibility to contact us to arrange this in light of any government rule changes.

In order to cancel or rearrange a booking, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will not receive a refund or be able to transfer your booking to an alternative slot.

If you simply fail to show for an appointment or are in excess of 15 minutes late, you will not be offered a refund.

If you pay the full amount and cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will be refunded but will be required to pay an administration fee (£10 for an Antigen booking, or £25 for a PCR booking).

Once you have received your code(s) for a Day 2 or Day 8 test, we cannot issue a refund as the unique code is not transferable.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request:

Your email must include:

  • Subject Line: Refund Request.
  • Full Name of the party/parties.
  • Booking Reference Number.
  • Detailed reason for cancellation.
  • Sort Code and Account Number of the card used to book.

Please allow 2-3 working for our refund team to respond to your request.

If your refund is approved, please allow up to 10 working days for this to be processed.

Refund requests are not processed via our phone lines, please DO NOT CALL to request a refund, email as per the cancellation email requirements above.
