BOOKING POLICY

Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

We have a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive behaviour. Should you act aggressively towards any member of staff your test may be cancelled and further action may be taken against you.

In Clinic Test Booking Policy

In order to cancel or rearrange a booking, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

If you try to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will not receive a refund or be able to transfer your booking to an alternative slot.

If you simply fail to show for an appointment after having received the automated email, you will not be offered a refund.

If you pay the full amount and cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will be refunded but will be required to pay an administration fee (£10 for an Antigen or Antibody booking, or £25 for a PCR booking).

Once you have received your code(s) for a Day 2 or Day 8 test, we cannot issue a refund as the unique code is not transferable. However, you can change the date of your Day 2 or 8 booking if you need to arrange a later date.

Refund requests must be processed via email, to request a refund, please email [email protected]. Please include your booking reference number and reason for requesting a refund.

*Please note that it is your responsibility to understand the requirements of the Airline / Country or test-requiring agency you need. Your choice of test, date and time must be confirmed by you for your travel. Rapid Testing Centre cannot give specific advice in this respect and will not be liable if you book the wrong test.
